Introduction

Today’s successful managers are bound to adapt and improve their organizational performance by emphasizing their key individual leadership capabilities as well as shaping their teams’ development skills.

This ‘Organizational Leadership Reflection Seminar’ focuses on raising the individual leadership capacity of participants, honing their abilities and sharpening their sense of confidence in order to affect the organizational growth and transformation. Through a rigorous mix of simulations and other experiential learning activities, participants emerge with the tools needed to transform themselves into effective organizational leaders.

Trainer: Amin Nehme

Mr. Nehme is the Owner of ServiLine Ltd., a marketing management agency, and the Founder and President of the Lebanese Development Network (LDN) which provides capacity building skills to the non-profit sector. He respectively studied at the AUB, LAU and NDU and successfully completed a professional development program in leadership, “The Strategic Leadership Simulation – Mobilizing People and Organizations”, offered by Cambridge Institute for Global Leadership (CIGL) and which adopts the leadership paradigms developed by Harvard and Princeton Universities. He followed a professional Training of Trainers (ToT) Program on “Educational Leadership” with D-RASATI; a USAID funded project. He served as the Program Developer of the Lebanon Education Aid Fund (LEAF) of the General Secretariat of the Catholic Schools in Lebanon. His effective proficiency in communication, marketing and fundraising has helped him secure more than $3.5 million on various programs. With his extensive background in coaching, consulting and training on topics related to Leadership, Organizational Strategies, Fundraising, Social Marketing and Communication, he provided his services to several prominent regional and international organizations such as the World Bank Institute, ILO, World Vision, ENPI (EU), USAID, MEPI, IREX, Relief International, Save the Children, CSR in Action (UAE), the American University of Cairo (AUC) and King Khaled Foundation (KSA) as well as other educational institutions such as LAU and USEK. He served as the national Director of the EU funded project ‘DAEDALUS’, the EUROMED Consortium for career and business opportunities. Mr. Nehme is currently the Communication and Networking Expert at the ENPI – Civil Society Facility South (CSFS) regional project.
